The daily updates by email are great. The phone calls with important updates also were very appreciated. Never had to wonder what was going on. I knew the whole time. Plus got my car done ahead of schedule. No one better than bvb Trippd.

Your staff is friendly and you can tell each of them own the role they do within the company, they take pride in their workmanship, and they really love working at Tripps.

Repair took much longer than originally anticipated, but I understand that it is hard for you to know exactly what to expect. The repair looks great.
However, 2 days later I discovered that the hood couldn't be open. I brought the car back and the hood issue was repaired immediately.
