I was satisfied with the work that was completed. I felt there was a lack of communication though. In particular I think it would be helpful to have a reminder call or email sent prior to when the service is scheduled to begin.

Very nice, attentive folks. I picked up my car after dark, so will view it in daylight, but it sure looks brand new! The young man made sure I got all the help I needed to adjust my seat, etc. before I drove off. Well done!

Everyone was pleasant to communicate with and my truck looks great. It looks just like it did before I messed up, and all the moving parts operate as before. All my questions were answered clearly and the work didn't take long at all. And the loaner car was a godsend, equipped with winter tires it handled better than a rental. The best experience I've had with a body shop, next time I probably won't shop around but come here again.

The work is sloppy at best, my panels don't line up properly, there lights are not seated right.

Kristian Page did an excellent job, communicated well, was very helpful. He and the service man who looked at the car when it first came in pointed out an unrelated problem with the car and, by documenting it, were instrumental in helping me get the issue repaired under warranty by the BMW dealer—for which I am exceedingly grateful. Definitely above and beyond the call of duty! The repair itself was completely accurately and in a timely fashion. All of my concerns were addressed. I was very pleased with the service I received and will recommend you to my frirnds. Thanks!

The body shop manager was very professional, knowledgeable, and through throughout the entire process start to finish. Liberty Mutual gave me a few body shops to chose from for a repair quote and the repair its self. Initially, I opted to use use a different shop for my quote. I waited over a week for them just to contact me so I could make an appointment for the quote, after not getting any response from them I called my insurance company and told them about my experience and how displeased I was with the lack of any type of service. They recommended a couple of another shop with Cody bring one of them. Insurance contacted Cody on Saturday, I got a call from them Monday morning and got an appointment almost immediately for the quote. I told the manager I just wanted the quote and I planned to use a different shop for the repair. The shop manager was initially working up the quote and never tried to convince me to use his shop for the repair. After talking with him about the extensiveness of the repair and watching him research replacement parts for accurate pricing and the extent he went to to make sure I had a quote as accurate as possible knowing I had told him I was using a different shop I divided to have his team repair my car. I'm an extremely picky guy when it comes to my vehicle. I never look for the best price, I look for the best parts for my vehicles. He made me feel confident in his work because even knowing up front he was not doing the repair he did his best to take care of my needs. This gave me the confidence that if he was willing to provide that type of service just to provide a quote, have him do the repair would be a good choice. I was kept informed during the entire process start to finish. I got my car back on the original delivery date and I you didn't know my car had been hit you would never know. My car looks awesome. I've done out of my way to show the finished product to many of my friends. They all agree the car looks as good as the day it was brand new. I was concerned about the paint matching. My car is Tuxedo black, it looks perfect. Thank you for the great service and I hope not to need this type of service again but, be assured if I do Cody will be my shop of choice.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They were knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The work was amazing and quick. I was definitely happy with the services and will definitely recommend friends to come here as well!!!

The people in the shop that I talked to were very helpful. They called me and suggested that I replace the gas door because the old was worn out and they wanted the job to be done right. The cost they quoted was what we were charged and he truck looks great. And it was done on time.

The work on the front was done very well and we are quite satisfied with it. But the repair in the back was not done. My wife was told that you didn't have the part, and that we would have to bring the car back another time. I had expected all repairs would have been done at one time.
