Got the car back and the driver side mirrior that was damaged was not repaired/replaced. Been waiting on the mirrior. Called today and was informed the black part of the mirrior came in Friday. I need the painted cap also. Now waiting more time for this. Really thought the service writer should have seen this and gave the repair. The car was backed into by a tractor/trailer on the side. First thing hit was the mirror on top the fender, hood Grill etc.

Lakeside has exactly the kind of old school body shop service but with high tech support everyone should have. I took the truck in and they found damage the adjuster missed they handled that situation with the insurance company and got the rest of the parts needed to complete the job before they called me to bring the truck back for repairs. So when the parts were in they said it would take 2 weeks to complete the job and they were finished in a week, and the truck looks brand new thank you so much. Lakeside is the standard other body shops should strive to achieve.
