Body work was VERY poorly done unfortunately, passenger door doesn’t lineup at all like it should and clearly has several imperfections.Left paint dust/debris all over the interior of the car, car wreaks of paint on the inside. Mechanics left several oil/grease stains and smudges inside the car,had a couple of skuffs also inside the vehicle that weren’t there before, also somehow put a couple of large scratches on the driver’s side of the front bumper that previously didn’t exist. Also a very light but annoying rattling/crackling noise coming from passenger door or possibly passenger pillar.

The paint color is not very good and clearly different. I have consulted Allstate regatding resolution and provided photos of the rear of the car noting the difference. They inform me that since the work is garranteed that they will provide additional instructions. I appreciate the cleaning of the entire vehicle and the quality of the repair. Your customer service is also outstanding. However, the color match process is not of the same quality. I would like to address this at a convenient time.

A&M did a great job with the repairs, and appreciated how clean was when I got it back. The only issue I had was how long the repairs took, but I did get regular updates on the status and I do understand that some of the repairs took some time.
