Poor Communication on what I was signing when checking in my car. Poor communication throghout the process. I was told Abra would be issuing a refund to the insursnce company then told there was a sudden increase in parts price when I pressed for the refund. Waiting for proof of the parts increase. If none can be obtained, I will be making an official complaint to the BBB and Comsumer Prorection Agencies.
