You had my van for over 3 weeks and did nothing. She came home exactly as she went in, except that it cost me $140.00. I understand parts for a 99 van may be hard to find, except that I drove directly to Autozone and had no problem ordering the needed parts. Granted, they aren't GMC, but I would have signed a waiver authorizing the use of non-GMC parts. Since this wasn't an insurance repair, I should have had that option.
Communication was very hit and miss (mostly miss).
So, while I really like the people there, I do feel totally let down by the experience.
