Robert is arrogant and curt in dealings with customers. He treated us like criminals. We were not able to pick up our vehicle because repairs were incomplete, there was additional damage since we left the vehicle, and there were swirl marks in the clear coat. Our car was dirty, and he would not even provide us with a towel to dust off the car to see the paint more clearly. There is no attention to detail or pride in workmanship in the work done to our vehicle. We are severely disappointed.
