Communication was great. Team was wonderful and should we be in a similar situation again we will return to Service King. Just something to note...when I got back in my car to drive it off the Service King lot I couldn’t help but wonder if my car was taken for a “joy ride” by someone from Service King. The passenger seat was leaned far back (its never in that position) and the music station playing was Hip Hop loudly which was not on our station rotation. I found it to be a bit unsettling but this is also not confirmed. Again, just something to note because often it’s “perception” that gets us in trouble so therefore I thought you should know. Thank you

The repair went 3 days later than quoted them my wife gets the car back with 2 wires taped to the windshield in the back. The car went in with the outside temperature gauge and radio working and she gets it back with static over the cardio now and a temperature gauge that isn’t reading correctly. I will be calling back tomorrow during normal business hours and I expect that this issue will get resolved.
