I want to assure there is re-education givento staff regarding the privacy of customer information when e-mailing. I received another customers information via email and I alerted both service king and my allstate claim adjustor. I completed the paperwork upon the date of my service completion and was taken care of however this is a HUGE error that needs attention and re-education.
