Great experience. They handled everything with insurance. All I had to do was drop off and pick up. Javier was great as well. Kept me up to date on how the car was going. He stated that the car would be done sooner than I would have expected dealing with insurance and it was actually finished sooner than that. This was my second time with them and I’ll continue to be loyal as long as I keep getting into accidents.

Was told that my vehicle would be ready by a certain day, was not had turned in the rental and was left with out a vehicle for 3 days. Not very Happy with that at all, need to be precise when a customers vehicle will be done and not left without any transportation.
