For my 1st appointment, they were 45 min late. When I came to pick up my car - it was not ready and they had forgotten I was waiting. They brought out the other lady’s car first and she had come in after me. Then when they finally brought my car out - it had ripples in the paint job and the inner panel of the door was hanging off. Then the lady told us we could wait while they fixed it. We decided to leave and come back another day because we knew it would take longer than a few minutes to fix. We are extremely disappointed.

My vehicle was damage while the repairs were done. They denied doing it. A third party company came and did electrical work and it’s when my vehicle was damage. I was only contacted once until I spoke with the manager then was the only time i got a call back and that was the only one I received all other times I was the one doing the calling. Horrible customer service. No one knew about my vehicle poorly job done.Horrible experience.
