Keith waa always in communication with me
and was easy to reach by phone if I had a question. He was kind and professional to the point that I trusted him and felt comfortable with the service that my Jeep was getting and understood the repairs that were being done. I am in the medical field and i understand the value of having someone who can be relied upon when one needs help in a situation that is foreign to them. Keith made a big differece. Donna was very helpful on the phone during the initial arrangents as well. My Jeep had been full of glass pieces after we were hit and it was returned to me looking back to normal inside with no evidence of the
shattered glass at all.
