My tailgate is very hard to open. I'm worried that the handle could break. I actually thought it was locked when I first tried to open it. I assume there is an adjustment that needs to be made.
I would have expected this would not have been given back to me in this condition.
Other than this small issue, their work was first class. As long as I live in this area, I will be bringing my vehicles there.
