When I say I am not completely satisfied, it is not because of the associates or even that I am completely dissatisfied over the whole repair. Good work was done, the mechanics of my trunk are working and seem to be working very well. However, the paint job is a different story. There are 3 different "whites" on my SUV now, and it is noticeable. I know platinum white can me hard to duplicate and that the metal and plastic will look different, but the differences that I see are very noticeable and I am deeply dissatisfied with it. I am going to give it a few more days to dry, but I can already tell I will be bringing it back to see if anything can possible be done about it.
