I’m grateful for how hard the team worked to get my vehicle back to a pre- accident condition - it was definitely a job well done. I very much appreciate the courtesy and kindness extended to me throughout the process and the diligence in working with my insurance company to cover all items related to the accident for me. Nick even went the extra mile to take care of a few extra blemishes near my bumper that he did not have to, I was very pleasantly surprised and grateful that he went out of his way to do that for me. He was very informative and made sure I understood all the work that had been completed on my vehicle and about any issues he had noticed. He also is working towards resolving a few problems with my vehicle through my insurance company and I’m thankful to have that continued help to get my vehicle in its top condition despite the accident it had been in. I would have to say I was completely satisfied with every aspect of the repair on my Ford F250 truck. I can't remember the initial person I dealt with but it was a female with dark hair about 30 years old her customer service was excellent. She gave me a detailed quote which my insurance company excepted and the truck was done in five days has requested and guaranteed. I will come back again.
