Just happen to be in area of Body Shop .I pay an unexpected visits and noticed back bumper off.I know for a fact that damages was done to windshield,hood and front grill .When I ask individual there why did they take back bumper off and he stated the shop scratched bumper and they was making repaired without informing me when it happen at shop.If I didn’t make the surprise visit I would have not known.I think the Bob shop should have inform me of their damaged to bumper when it happen .I’m disappointed I wasn’t aware until I was at shop.Now in wondering what else happen that I not aware off that was done to car
