Thanks for doing a very good job. Car was also very clean.
I believe I spoke with two different people there. One was very nice and patient. One was rude and had no time to explane anything. The communication between myself and fix auto could have been much better, more often and more patience explaining what to expect, work needed and finished, next step and billing. Also, they had no idea if my car was drivable or if I still needed work from dealership.
The few times we talked on the phone, the person was condesending, impatient, and rude.
I dont even know what work was done and what still needs done. All I know is that it was expensive. The insurance paid over $5000 and I paid $1000. On top of it all, I am still missing a rear view mirror.
