Matt was very nice but the service was terribly expensive. I thought that might buy efficiency or confidence in the process. My car was kept for nearly 2 weeks. Part of this was due to the holiday but there was also a delay for a part that didn't end up on my car, there was an additional delay for clips to put my parts back on my car. When the new bumper wasn't going to work, the old one was used instead at a 50 savings to me. The new one was 400, I'm having a hard time understanding why my own bumper still cost 350. In the end, I just don't feel like I saw any premium services that we all can agree I paid a premium price for.
