Roseanne was amazing! She helped me through this whole process and made sure my vehicle was put back together in preaccident condition. I highly recommend Gross and Son’s for collision repair and thankful for their professionalism and attention to repair detail. Roseanne and Kelly also helped to communicate updates with the other party’s (hard to deal with) insurance representative in a professional manner and were both protective of me as a customer. Kelly is awesome! The only complaint I would have is that enterprise said they would pick my rental up but was told by the front desk I could not do that when I showed up to the body shop. I had to leave the body shop and drive to enterprise and then enterprise had to bring me back to the body shop. I guess both companies need to talk so everyone is on the same page. Other than that if I need anything or know someone who needs work done to their vehicle I will recommend Gross and Son!
