This week, I brought my GSA Fleet vehicle (2022 Chevy Silverado 1500) to G&C Auto Body in San Rafael to have the passenger door mirror replaced. I visited this shop back in 2020 for a similar repair and was satisfied with their work, so I knew I'd be getting the same quality service this time around. Steven Peterson (regional manager) made it easy for me to get an estimate, order the necessary parts, and set up an appointment with the shop. When I brought the truck in for repairs, the front of house staff made the check in/check out process quick and painless. And Mike Van De Veere, the general manager, was super friendly and said he remembered me from the first time I visited the shop in 2020. I waited at the shop while they replaced the mirror and Mike was great about updating me on the progress of the repairs and wrapping up all my paperwork. From start to finish, my experience with G&C was such a positive one and I'm really glad I came back to this shop. I'll definitely come back, should I need any future repairs. Thanks for all your help, Steve, Mike, and team!
