My rep Jose was earnest, friendly, and generally responsive. The overall quality control for our repair was extremely poor. The first time we picked up the car the air conditioning did not work. Brought it back same day; they claimed it was fixed. A day later it was not working and one headlight did not work. Four days later the a/c and light were fixed. We then discovered the hood and new bumper were misaligned. Three or four more days and multiple trips back to shop….we still do not have a fully repaired car.
