Everyone was very helpful and prompt. I was glad to get my suv right in and they ensured everything was completed right before I got it back. It was washed up nice and repairs looked good. The location was very convenient for work and the rental car. I will use Auto Craft again if I ever have an issue and will recommend to others.

The painting wasn't finished, some things were left unplugged and the tail light didn't work when I got it back so I took it apart and saw you used zip ties to try to Jerry rig it to work instead of fixing it.

The text messaging updates were fantastic. It made us feel like we were a part of the process. Todd was phenomenal! We couldn't have asked for a better representative. He walked us through the shop a couple of times to show us the progress on our vehicle. Every time we stopped by, he never made us feel like we were an inconvenience. He was happy to visit with us. The team saved our Subaru badges and reattached them, something we didn't expect. Our vehicle looks just as good if not better than the day we purchased it. Great job!
