I have had 4 repairs on my 07 Chevy Silverado, **** repair on my 01 SS Monte Carlo at the Smithville location. Perfect every time. I had my 85 SS Monte Carlo repaired and completely repainted at the Riverside location many years ago, and they were perfect. In fact the paint job on the 85 SS was better than factory. the entire staff was wonderful!! When I can in the first time, I was upset because I had messed up my car and the woman at the front desk was SO nice and the gentleman that did my estimate was patient and answered all my questions. This incident occurred right before my vacation and they were so accommodating and willing to work with me regarding drop off/payment/pick up!! I'd not had an opportunity to reply until now, but several issues with the repair have been noted, the primary of which is the "line" of the body panel on my truck as opposed to the norm. In addition, the interior plastic body panels now rattle badly. I'm trying to reconcile what my expectations should be given the age of the vehicle and the extent of the damage, and it may be best to discuss the matter with you all. Thank you.
