side bumper. Will run it by the shop
tomorrow and I know it will be fixed.

Even though the staff was friendly, I was really frustrated and disappointed that I had to call my insurance company to find out that my car was already in the repair shop even though it was not. My car was with me at my work place. There was some miscommunication with the repair shop, car rental, and insurance company. A part of my car door that that was supposed to be fixed popped out the very next day that I got it back and I had to bring it back to the repair shop. It makes me wonder if I should have gone to the dealership instead coming here.
