It was extremely pleasurable experience dealing with Carstar in St. Joseph Mo..... they took care of every detail and more...staff was courteous and the return of our vehicle was fast but efficiently done.....I will return again if I have too.

The work done looks great. The only issue I have is the smell in the car. It no longer smells like a new car. It smells like paint or maybe some dust from the repair work made it into the car. I'm not sure if this is a common thing because I have never had a repaired car before.
