I loved the emails and the regular calls (to my husband, not me) about updates on my car. It was nice to stay informed about what was going on and continuing to know about when the car would be ready.
I also appreciated the staff's effort to begin work immediately, to ensure that I was able to return the rental car within the 30-day mark, at which point I would've had to pay for the rental car out of pocket.
