I went to your establiment on a Saturday you were closed nevertheless a gray head gentleman came from the back and explained to me you were closed on Saturday, he didnt look from afar and continue working he acknowledge me...and I Thank you.
Returned Monday inwhich was a holiday I was greeted by a nice young lady behind the desk and was referred to a young lady with pin and pad in hand who came out cheerfully and did a check list of damages. Once car was there I began receiving updates via tex daily inwhich is a good idea limit calls to the office.
After arriving to pick up vehicle again greeted by young lady who remembered my name in which means (paying attention ) and made it that more comfortable I was then greeted by a gentleman who took me back outside to explain what was done to my car...
You talking about impressed YES!!!
they had done an AWESOME job on my vehicle.
If I had to rate ****-10 most definitely a 10..

I asked several times if the burnt out passenger dome light
Was repaired and received assurances that it was fixed
It was not fixed
