First off the guy tells me that he couldn't find a used trunk just so I would have to have to by a brand new one; as if he really looked for USED part. I went home and found 3 USED trunk lids. When asked about the repair to my trunk the guy tries to tell me how using bondo wouldn't work just so I would have to by a brand new trunk lid. I dont like to be talked to like I'm stupid, And this is why I only had them somewhat to insurance company paid them to do. I wwas going to have other work done but I'll take my car someplace else.
