Everything is great except that a long scratch was not fixed. It's located alongside the gas neck door , where the gas nozzle is inserted to fill the tank. Long scratch that was not fixed. It wasn't there prior to the accident. I think they missed a few spots. So I'm a bit disappointed. ! Sincerely. Pedro A

Overall great experience! To whom it may conncern, I submitted my 2016 Dodge Dart in for a door repair on 7/30/17 they said it would take about a week to repair. I didn't get my car back until 8/09/17 Not only did it take 11 days to fix but also when I returned my medicine was stolen from my car. I had a THC/CBD pen and it was stolen from my center console. This item was worth $150. Next, the lock button on my driver side door was bent and not working correctly. Even tho they "fixed it with a screw driver" there was permanent damage to the button itself. In the future, I'm sure the button will need to be replaced and I am completely unsatisjfjed with the false promises, theft, and apparent drug use. My name is Kristine H
