Your staff did a great job. The quality of the repair was excellent and Cheryl was very good at keeping me informed on parts arrival and repair schedule. I love my little green Escape and Power Ford gave we wonderful service on this repair. Also Power always does a great job on maintenance and other mechanical items too.

I suggest providing a loaner car for your customers, while their vehicle is being repaired. The lowest cost Enterprise car rental added 160 to my cost, while my van was in your repair shop. You grossed around 3300 on my repair, so a loaner car would be a nice gesture.

There are flaws the paint, the color is off slightly, the hood was over sprayed with clear coat along the whole length adjacent with the repaired fender. The engine was covered with white sanding dust. This is a new car!!!! What don't you get about it?

I do not appreciate being lied to. It would have gone much better if I had been told the truth regarding the time required to make the repairs and/or the inability to meet the specified date. It would also have been nice to be informed that you weren't able to procure all parts to complete the repair as requested prior to my arriving to pick up the vehicle.
