I picked up my car after hours so it was dark. Both my tail lights were out and I had to drive 20 miles home with no tail lights. I feared being pulled over by the police during the entire drive home. Luckily, I made it home without getting a ticket. The next morning I headed directly to autozone for replacement bulbs that cost me $17 which is not a lot of money. However, the inconvenience could have been avoided if Stone's Collision had completed a basic vehicle inspection of work for quality assurance.

I have used Stone's many times in the past and sent many people to you for repairs. You received my car on June 28th. I was told it would be ready on July 19th. I have had a rental car this whole time. I received a phone call on July 18th from a lady who told me that not only would it not be ready, but NOTHING had been done with the car. That it had to go to Honda first because the steering was locked up. The man at the front desk at Stone's knew the steering was locked up because we discussed it on the 29th of June when I went by to pick up things from my car that I needed. Either you were just too busy for new business, in which case I should have been told on the 28th BEFORE you accepted my car OR you just didn't care how long it took to make the repair because you were getting the insurance money and it didn't matter if I was inconvenienced or not. Either way, I hope nobody I referred to you had the same experience and I will not be using or sending anyone else to you again.
