My wife brought my car there the day the mirror was scatched and wasn't treated very good. She told me the lady was rude and the guy that came out to look at the car was rude also. They tried to repair the secatches that deep enough you could feel them and see plastic from the mirror in them with some rubbing compound. When she told them that she could see and fill the scratches they told her she couldn't fill them and all she was seeing was the shadow from the scratches. When I saw the scratches we called back because I was not pleased with the lazy work they did. I had to bring the car back to get it completely repainted. The scratch happened at Sonic and the manager told them the first time to fix it and send them the bill. When I came back to get it fixed right the people in the office gave me a estimate and had me drive to Sonic to give it to the manager there just so I had to drive back to the shop to get my mirror repair. When they could have just called to get the approval again. All that said when it was repaired right it came out very well painted.
