Car looks great. The one thing I would critique regarding my experience is the communication. I would receive an email stating one update and then a phone call with a way different update. Getting in sync with that would greatly decipher which update is accurate.

The shop damaged my car and is not taking responsibility for the repair. It's a relatively minor blemish/scrape but it was not there before the accident and it's there now. It clearly looks like something that is a result of poor body work/repair technique, not something that is the result of the accident or prior damage. The explanation given by the service rep isn't logical and he has been less than fully cooperative in trying to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. Bottom-line is that my car has damage now that was not there before the accident and the shop is not taking responsibility for the repair. I am not happy with how this has been left.
