The staff was great at keeping me posted on the repairs. I appreciated a realistic time frame and not an empty promise.
I was a bit disappointed with the detailing I had done on my car while it was at Pride. I know that this is a service that is contracted out and I don't hold this against Pride. The outside was beautiful. The inside, not so much.
