I thought what they repaired was great but I feel they missed a scrubbed spot where the white car hit me . It was like heyvonly repaired to a certain point. But everyone from beginning to end were nice. They did the repair in a timely fashion.

Everything was seamless,from the estimate being quick and easy it was explained in detail as to what was going to be done to dropping off my car and having the rental waiting for me. The repair was completed as planned and in the time frame that was discussed. The only negative I would have to say is that when I called to check on the progress, I was talking to someone in the “command center “ when I wanted to speak with someone at the location that could tell me the progress. They did transfer me,but I found it annoying that I wasn’t able to call them directly.
