I am very satisfied with my recent repair experience with you. Both Jerry and Adriana kept me posted thruout the whole time by phone and emails. If they had to contact my insurance co. for additional approvals they would advise me to keep me updated on the progess of the repairs. The contact via e-mail vs. phone was not as immediate or convenient as it could have been...when I arrived to pick up my car after 5 p.m. I was told it was in for a wash and would take no more than 20 minutes; it took closer to 45 minutes.

Some of the communication is inconsistent. I got three different times to pick up my car from three different sources (2 employees, **** e-mail), but this is a minor complaint. I think you did a nice job especially considering how unprofessional the insurance adjustor from AAA behaved.

Thanks to the hard work of Pride's team my wife and I were very happy with the results upon receiving our car. We looked at it hard and could find no fault. The resultant damage from our accident was not evident and the color match was perfect. That color match was my main worry.
We were notified of the progress of the repair while the car was with Pride and given a delivery date. That delivery date was met. Needless to say he are very pleased that we went to Pride.

I'm sure it will be a "yes" shortly. The exterior section that was damaged in the accident looks great. But when taking possession of the car and looking at the inside, I noticed that the driver's seat was askew. Apparently at some point in the repair process of the exterior, the drivers seat was forced into a crooked position where it remains. I look forward to receiving a call from Jerry soon as to when this will be fixed and I can come back to pick up the car to complete the transaction.
