Wow. I am blown away by Pride. First of all, the customer service is incredible. Second, the lobby is so fresh, cool, and welcoming.
My experience couldn’t have been better. Nalleli was so kind and ready to help me with any question I had— she made sure to make me feel comfortable every chance she got. And Danny was AMAZING! He is so helpful and knowledgeable. I knew what was going on with my car every step of the way, I knew my car was safe and was in the *care* of the best hands possible. The simple fact that everything was explained to me in words I could understand, and with pictures I could clearly see gave me peace of mind.
