My overall experience was great! I loved getting updated texts with the status of my vehicle. The calls were also nice and the convenience of being able to pick up and drop off my car rental there was awesome.
The one thing I was disappointed about was how messy and dusty my car was. I honestly did not expect it to be so filthy from the inside, nor was I given a heads up about it. I have a 6 year old and an infant so of course I want my kids to be in a healthy environment. My daughters allergies immediately went into full effect when she got in the car. I’ve had work on my car before and never experienced this.
