John is wonderful! He's most attentive to my vehicle, as well as to my concerns. Folks in the office were so nice and efficient. I was troubled that my "fix date" kept moving back, and my possible one-week fix ended up taking nearly 3 weeks. But I'm assuming much of that was out of Lewis' control. I'll certainly use you again!
