Everyone on the staff was courteous and nice to work with. Shawn was great! He went out of his to answer all of my questions and did everything I asked. He explained everything thoroughly. My car was ready earlier than promised.

The rep that handled my claim was phenomenal. I think his name was John. He went above and beyond the call of duty. He immediately called Toyota and had my window and door panel shipped overnight.
