I decided to use Gerber upon recommendation of my insurance company; however, I was reluctant to do so. I have used several other local body shops in the past for both personal and fleet vehicles and have always had some level of disappointment and frustration. The communication I received from Gerber far exceeded anyone else I have dealt with in the industry and the work to me vehicle, which was somewhat extensive, was completed very quickly and ahead of schedule. Jeff and the staff were extremely friendly and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend Gerber and will certainly use their services again in the future when the need arises.
