I was updated on my vehicles status every step of the way by automatic text. My calls and emails were always answered as well. It was all done in a timely matter. The body shop does excellent work but the service department **** they put a new dash in and left sweaty arm prints windshield and dirty I said bring it back to him and then do it right so it goes back to him same thing dirty and nasty and I'll start taking mine to Huntsville Dodge for service
