When I picked up my car there were some scratches that I didn't remember being on it when I dropped the car off. They were noted on the check in sheet nut I still was not comfortable that they had been there. Fix took my car, while I waited, and buffed them out. I really appreciated the customer service

The underside of the liftgate appears to have not been painted. There is a very obvious color and sheen difference. I can still feel a difference in the count our between the left and right sides of the lift gate and see a difference as well. There is a mark or scuff on the upper portion of the rear quarter panel by the drivers side rear door. I also located two bumps under the paint on the right side of the new bumper.
The rear interior still has some sort of debris inside, my belongs were left laying loose in the rear rather than returned to the storage area, and my clock was not set.
With the exception of the liftgate sheen and color difference the issues are minor. The liftgate will be very noticeable when I try to resell the vehicle. My current impression is that your work is fine, but not exceptional.

Kelsey (?) was amazing from beginning to end, making sure I had a car pick me up for rental, keeping me posted on the progress, and accommodating me when I was a few minutes late to pick up my vehicle. The quality of work by the people behind the scenes is great, too - they came out to make sure I was satisfied and gave me follow up instructions for taking care of it.
