All were extremely sensitive to my communication needs, readily either writing what was needed, or using their iPhone voice to text translators. The entire team (Rachelle, Nate, and the Enterprise rep) was fantastic. I think I was only in for about 20 minutes the first day and was able to get the car inspected and a rental car all in that time. The repairs were completed well ahead of schedule and my pickup experience was equally as fast and efficient. I will certainly use and recommend this location if ever needed again!

You're communication was great and from what I see the work looks fantastic. My only complaint is that I had just bought a soda before the accident and I asked that the front be cleaned up and although it smelt really good when I picked the car up there were obvious splatters on dash area and I couldn't even open my center console because soda had set in there. That was a little upsetting. But thanks for doing some great body work.
