The repair ended up being ok but the process was painful. It was over promised and under delivered instead of under promised and over delivered. Communication was lacking compared to what was expected based on hype of website. It took longer than stated which can understandably happen but there was not communication to keep us informed of status. Some clips were missing in the final work.

The work was excellent and everyone was nice. However, it took 10 days to get my car back with no communication. I had called once with no return call. Finally when I called again it was explained to me but I had to call. I had paid for the insurance for my rental car and I did not expect have it so long.
