When I got my Nissan back, I noticed that I wasn't able to lock my drivers side door. The locking mechanism was stuck and would not move. This is a safety and security issue. I now have to wait to get the parts that are needed to fix the door, to be able to secure my vehicle properly. Good thing about that is, when I took it back to Wards, they looked at it immediately and took all the steps to fix this issue. I also noticed that my rear sensors aren't working. When I tried to turn them on, they stay off. This feature notifies me when I'm too close to an object or if someone is behind my vehicle when I'm in reverse. This is also a safety issue...Other than that, the staff were very friendly and professional. Dave explained, in detail, the process of the service and he was fast with getting the information that was needed from State Farm. Dave gave me an estimated date of delivery and he delivered. The painters did an amazing job.

Communication was awful, date kept changing with no explanation of what was going on. Had to send email and finally got a call and was explained why I wasn't getting my car when I was supposed to. When I went to pick it up I immediately saw flaws that should have been caught by any quality inspection or supervisor. Paint scrapes, bumper not seated completely. If a headlight is replaced I would think the other faded yellow headlight would be replaced to match. maybe my vehicle is "too old" to look right. I had faith in this company, facilities look immaculate and very friendly personnel but the quality of the work is questionable.
