Every staff member with whom I interacted was friendly and helpful, and was sure that I understood every step of the process. I've never put my car in the shop before, and the idea is generally intimidating to me because I don't know a great deal about cars. However, I felt that I was being treated fairly and getting the best possible service. well...I was given several dates that my car would be completed and all the while my car was actually ready. I picked up my car and drove away and saw that the new tail light that had been repaired was not working. I returned back to Whaley and told them the repair was not complete. I had to sit and wait for some time until my tail light repair was once again ready. Not sure I will use Whaley again.
