My car was originally promised to be ready on Wed, 08/08/18. Therefore, I planned my day ahead so that I would be able to leave work early to pick up the car. When I called your office at 2 pm, you told me it was not ready and would be ready on Friday instead. Okay, I planned the rest of my weak so that I would stay at work longer on Thursday and pick the car on Friday. Then you called me on Thursday to say that the car was ready and I have to pick it up by 6 pm. Again, all my plans went to the toilet. But who cares? It is important that you did it on the schedule that was convenient to you. I hope you enjoyed it!
