Did good work, but I did not appreciate the overwhelming amount of delays in ordering and receiving the wrong part three times. This was so frustrating and really did not appreciate Bopp's response when I confronted them on this. Zero customer service when this was totally on them. You all were not in the least bit interested in making things right. I expected better from MB's preferred repair shop.
