Wow. Kyle (and associates) is the best. He went WAY out of his way to help us secure the car knowing we had to travel out of town. Everyone was very kind and friendly. They could have set us aside until Monday like everyone else I called, but I didn't have a safe place to send my vehicle. They cleaned the car and put plastic over the windows, making it driveable. Then, we decided to leave it with them to fix and travel in a different car...no problem! Kyle even helped with some minor issues that were not directly related to the accident. Car looks great! I will always bring my cars here from now on.

Direct body shop service was fine—tho I have not taken the time nor braved the cold weather to examine it closely. Further, the body shop staff contact (Tod Forest) helped coordinate the shuttle service, taking us to the sirport for holiday travel to North Carolina, and then picking us up on our return today.
