Burnside collision was a 10/10 experience in my book. I was expecting a great deal of hassle getting my car fixed after my accident. Burnside made it incredibly easy for me. I get my claim filed with Geico, very next day able to setup an appointment with them to get my car damage estimated. Able to leave my car there and have repairs start. Plus I was able to get a rental straight from the shop. This took less than 30 minutes and I was out of there. Finished repairs on my car 3 days early. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Burnside’s customer service was incomparable! I’ve been in a couple of other accidents and have gone to other body shops around the city and have never received the quality of care/customer service as I have with them. Thank you for cleaning. If you are not going to do the inside properly, I recommend you doing do it. There were smears on the computer screen that could be moved astound with my finger. Clumps off dust here and there where it had been pushed. Dirty growing into the seat material that had laid loudly on it before. Hence running over everything with a dirty rag doors not constitute cleaning.
